Wynteryne turns ONE today. Time seriously flew past so fast. She's here in Singapore for 9 months already. Mummy and Daddy simply loves her and I do enjoy her company.

Mummy arranged her a beautiful cake from Josie Jiejie. And we all love the cake, it looks so pretty and it's a delicacy for us.

We all enjoyed the food and of coz meeting up with other dogs. We were at a new cafe this time call BarkAngel Cafe located at Thomson Drive Hil.. It's a nice place to chill for our parents and a big place for us to roam around. It's a chance for me to eat cake again~ Mummy appreciate it that BarkAngel is understanding and allowed Mummy to bring along the cake as no outisde food is allowed. Coz Mummy had already pre-ordered.

Mummy celebrated my 7th Birthday at West Coast Park in conjunction with National Dog Walk. We kinda miss out the whole carnival thingy as it was all muddy, therefore we found ourselves some quiet and nice place to hang out. Mummy will help me to update soon.

Wynteryne's First Dog Show Debut

Mummy is happy to announce that Wynteryne hit the show ring on 15th August 2010 at the SKC's 3rd FCI and 20th AKU Championship Dog Show held at Downtown East D' Marquee. She won herself FCI's Challenge Certificate and 4th in Best in Group, AKU's Challenge Certificate.

This is her first time in the show ring and it went well. I hope she will get better each time she visits the ring. Here are some of the pictures taken at the show and after the show.

Oscar the bionic cat: Pioneering surgery gives poor moggie TWO false back legs

Nine months ago he was fighting for his life after an horrific accident cost him both his back paws. Now Oscar is a bionic cat after pioneering surgery to give him prosthetic back paws.

The two year-old moggie is understood to be the first in the world to have the operation to attach new feet. Oscar was operated on by groundbreaking veterinary surgeon Noel Fitzpatrick.

Healing with prosthetics, titanium and other metals – he sounds like the stuff of science fiction.

But actually he is the modern answer to All Creatures Great and Small and now he – and Oscar – are set to be the

stars of new BBC show The Bionic Vet.

The series follows Fitzpatrick, 40, as he tries to save animals using cutting edge technology, while Oscar is the star of the first episode.

Viewers will hear how beautiful black cat had his black paws sliced off by a combine harvester after he had gone out to play in fields near his home.

Losing blood and barely conscious he was close to death when he was found and owner Michael Nolan was warned to expect the worst. The bank manager from Jersey said: ‘He was out in the corn fields. He was found by a neighbour. He had no back feet left it was horrific. There was blood everywhere. Bits of his skin were hanging off.’ Both his back paws were severed, and while cats can survive with good quality of life with three legs, they cannot with two.

Fitzpatrick devised a way of attaching prosthetic ‘paws’ to Oscar’s ankle in both back paws.

‘We will have to put new feet on him or put him to sleep. The procedure has never been done before.’ said the vet.

The audience will see how over a three hour operation he drilled holes into the cat’s legs and inserted metal rods into his ankle bones.

These cutting edge implants – known as an ITAP and developed by University College London – attaches to the bone at the point of amputation.

It sticks out of the skin enabling a prosthetic paws to be attached.

These have been specially made with a degree of wobble to enable Oscar to walk, climb and run.

The groundbreaking new paws are similar to the style of Paralympic champion Oscar Pistorius’s ‘blade runner’ style prosthesis.

But Oscar will now have to be a house cat because the false limbs are not suitable for outdoor life.

Fitzpatrick admits that he has become a last hope for desperate owners who have run out of options for their beloved pets.

The first episode also follows Mayo an eight year old Labrador crippled by arthritis who faces being put down.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Professor Gordon Blunn and his team at University College London developed the Intraosteous Transcutaneous Amputation Prosthesis (ITAP) in 2006.

Based on the way deer’s skin and fur moulds around antlers, it is a titanium metal implant which attaches to the bone at the point of amputation so that it sticks out through the skin.

Traditionally attaching metal to skin and bone has left the patient susceptible to infection but the new method enables skin and soft tissue to mesh and grow around the metal rod acting as a protective seal. This makes the implant more flexible as it acts like part of the bone rather than an attachment. Once healed the prosthetic limbs are simply screwed on to the external bit of the ITAP. In Oscar’s case both his back paws were cut off just below the ankle – as cat’s walk on their toes he needed both replacing otherwise his quality of life would have been so poor he faced being put down. Noel Fitzpatrick used two ITAPs on the animal drilling into his ankle bone on both back paws before sliding in the two metal rods. The three-hour procedure was fraught with difficulty as cat’s ankles bones are narrow and could have fractured under the strain of the drill. Once Oscar had healed he was then able to have his first prosthetic paws attached, which were made of rubber. He has now been given cutting edge ‘blade runner’ style paws made of rubber and metal, which will help him run and climb with greater ease.
Four pairs of longer lasting prosthetic paws have had to be made as he wore through his first set in weeks.

Fitzpatrick said: ‘Mayo’s foot has completely collapsed. He can’t walk. His foot is hanging off. If we can’t fix this then we will have to put him to sleep.’ His owner Janice Lock added: ‘His normal vet said there was nothing more that he could do for him. This is his last chance.’ Inspired by X-Men character Wolverine who has a metal bonded to his skeleton Fitzpatrick inserted a number of rods into Mayo’s paw to help fuse the bones before constructing him a horseshoe shaped artificial foot made of metal and rubber. Both procedures cost thousands of pounds but most is covered by animal insurance. Fitzpatrick has insisted he is not simply experimenting what can be done on animals and will only operate if he feels the quality of life is improved. He explained he would not perform surgery if it prolonged the animals life but left it in pain. ‘I know where to draw the line. Animals are sentient creatures, with needs and wants. Doing a procedure just because it can be done is not ethical. I’ll only do it if the perceived outcome improves the animal’s quality of life.’

Radio 2 DJ Chris Evans asked Fitzpatrick to help his beloved German Shepherd Enzo who had two herniated discs in his spine, leaving him paralysed and in pain. Fitzpatrick operated two years ago performing a £5,000 procedure on the nine-year-old dog had two bolts inserted in the middle of his spine to fuse two vertebrae.

But a year later when Enzo’s condition deteriorated the pair opted to put the dog down rather than put him through anymore surgery.

His surgery Fitzpatrick’s Referrals in Surrey is a state of the art facility that would rival many human hospitals.

The centre includes a MRI room, and a hydrotherapy pool, and he often works with human doctors.

In a recent procedure for a Belgian shepherd, who was given a unique prosthetic paw attached to a titanium rod implanted directly into Storm’s fore leg. He worked with a human plastic surgeon to help join the dog’s skin with the metal prosthetic.

The operation has been a success and Storm has been so active he has to have his prosthetic replaced after wearing it out.

Oscar is fed by the pioneering British surgeon who gave him two false feet

Fitzpatrick is also working with Formula One mechanics to get the best material for his fake paws.

In a recent interview he insisted the technology could provide benefits for humans in the long term.

‘The technology will act as a model for human amputees in the future, and provide hope for people without feet or hands,’ he said.

Fitzpatrick, who tried his hand at acting for a few years, said he first decided he wanted to be a vet after growing up on his family’s farm in Ireland and failed to save a baby lamb.

This is simply amazing~ Mummy showed me this video and she was so touched at the point of the cat being able to walk again. This is not something Mummy or anyone would hope to happen to their love ones but this technology is really amazing~

New Toy~

Woof~

It's been raining lately and we're unable to go out for walks as regular. I'm happy to have Wynteryne to keep me company. But seems like Mummy doesnt want me to get too close to Wynter recently. Wonder why? But I smell a "rat", NOT. I smell something different about Wynter this time. Mummy says her vulva is swollen and got to seperate us. But~ I wanna play with her. I'm not going to do anything her. *Wink at Wynter* I believe Wynter would love me to play with her when Mummy's not around. But~ Mummy and Daddy just wont allow. *Whinez*

New Toy~ as mentioned in the title. But the new toy is not for us to play. But it's meant for us, coz it's a SLR camera that Mummy and Daddy bought specially to take our photos and of coz other events. It's going to come to good use this Sunday for the walk. I'm happy to have an outing again. I think Mummy and Daddy got to protect little Wynter already.

They had "fun" taking pictures and we are all running around, always running towards the camera and got too close for them to take any shots. *Cheeky Smile* But they manage to take the following. I believe they are going to take plenty of shots and play around with the camera. They got so excited over the camera, that we have to say.... Yoohoo~ We are here!

But we think they are happy with the new camera and will enjoy taking lotsa pictures of us. Hope she will upload the pictures for me more often so that I can blog.

Miru & Muji together with Valencia+BF+Sister visited us at Auntie Florence's place. We were all so excited. Miru's all concentrated on the "new" toy - Green looking rawhide. He was so busy with it. Whereas Muji was restricted coz he was marking quite a bit, Mummy and Grandma got busy cleaning up. I helped too.... by Grrrr....... he's cornered~ But I'm all over Miru too~ I so wanna~ *ahem* Although Miru is a boy... but he's fixed. Shiro's in love with him.... so am I or just wanna hump.... But we all had fun~ Hope to meet them up again soon. Mummy's was busy talking to Miru/Muji's parents and Daddy's busy with don't what as I was all busy with Double Ms.

Wynteryne and My Story~

Wynteryne had joined our family for quite a period of time already~ That's like almost 4 months. She's now turning 7 months by end of April. That's so fast. But she doesnt know how to use pc yet so I'll help to blog on her behalf.

Something quite bad happened during the CNY period. She broke her foreleg on the first day of Lunar New Year and it's a Valentine's Day too. Both bones were broken, so Mummy's leave were all cleared to take care of her. She stayed home with us the whole time. It must be a torture for her....Mummy was thinking where to bring us, but ended up we have no choice but to hurry to the 24/7 animal hospital to help Mummy with Wynter.

Mummy had to hold her coz Wynter was fidgeting too much and whining loud in the middle of the night. She slept well in Mummy's arms but Mummy's back was hurting due to being too stiff. Wynter had her surgery the next day and can head home the following day. She's back, recovering from the anesthetic but she's back to hyper self. Therefore Mummy had to restrict her movements alot. The vet mentioned that she wont poo for up to the next 5 days, it's normal. but she did help herself to the pee tray and POO.... So we all can see that she can recover real fast. Way to go Girl! She had to wear the Cone of Shame to stop her from licking and nibbling but she's still act as per normal. I got so grumpy for wearing it.... I didnt drink or eat or even Pee & Poo. But she's now almost fully recovered... running as per normal and stuffs. 2 months after the incident. It was estimated that it will take about 3 months for full recovery but seems like it's much faster than expected; which is good.

She now looks like a lady but in fact she's very tom-boyish. She loves to play alot, and I (as an old uncle) will keep her company. She is really active which keeps her slender, I think I should boost up too and try all my best to cut down on my weight. She is still as mischievous as before, she will start her cheekiness once Mummy's back is facing her but at least she knows that Mummy's the boss. (Mummy: I feel that she treats Snow like the main alpha and I'm the alternative) She loves attention and likes to snuggle between Daddy and Mummy. She loves to join me when I'm chewing on rawhides and sometimes, being cheeky, she will try to snatch from me, but I will just~~~~ GrrrRRrrrrrr~ That's MINE! Go get yourself another one, there's just one over there. *Evil smile* But she simply doesnt give up. Mummy took a video of it once. See if she is free to help to upload.

This morning, she joined Daddy and Mummy in between on the bed, licking the fingers, seems like trying to wake them up. For me, as usual, will wait for them to wake up. Wynter's learning to do so too but she simply love snuggles. Mummy took some photos for us and will add in once it's ready. Woof~

As the New year is approaching, Wynteryne joined the family. She's from Australia, arrived on 30th Dec 2009. Mummy was so excited for her arrival and was saying about her being due on that day. Woof~ I tagged along to welcome her to Singapore and joining us in the family.

JSC Singapore organized another Xmas gathering for the members again. This time there's a little hiccup due to the rain and some members didnt attend due to the rain.

But nevermind, we will always have another chance to meet up. We met up a few new members and the JSes are seriously cute and well behaved. All off leash but yet stayed within the place and didnt run away.

Mummy's been taking pictures of me though. Eating biscuits, tiny xmas hat, enjoying the wind in the balcony. Josie Jiejie visited, but why arent there any cake for me? Why does Mummy has it then? Whinez~ Not Fair!!!! I want a cake too! Whinez~ But Mummy's nice to me, she bought me broccolli! One of my favourite. I get to eat that while they enjoy their food. Hmph~ Oppz... cake for Mummy means..... It's Mummy's Birthday! Happy Wroof Day to you! I love you Mummy! (*Please pronounce Birth properly please!) They had a long chat till late. I manage to go out with Mummy when she sent Josie Jiejie home. Get to do my biz~ Wroof! But Mummy was really tired. Came back and head to bed. And me.. snuggling beside her.

As usual, Mummy had to head to work and back from work. I wanted her to come up soon by whining and whining but was reprimanded. Whinez~ But she came up soon after her dinner. Usual routine, my evening walk. Mummy wrote in to National Park to request for the park to be maintained. As half the lights at the park was not on, or probably they were spoiled. The grass were really tall. And the area is kind of infested with ticks - most likely paralysis ticks. As

My new pet! Tiny Lizard! Daddy always said that I kept a pet who always stay outside the window and will go for walks with me. But this time.... I have it in the house, just outside in my washroom. Aren't he cute? Spotted him today. I shall keep him, what should I name him? *Thinking hard* Wanna call him Cutie Pie coz he is seriously cute. But I should give him a manly name - Geico. "Geico" it shall be. Hey Little Geico~ Wanna go for a walk together?

Mummy didnt take any picture for me last night. Arent she suppose to? Whinez~ But she chose some of the older pictures and video that were never released before. Keke...

Yesterday, I did something silly that Daddy laughed at me and told Mummy too. I scared myself today, as I walk through the curtain into the room, I bumped into the vacuum machine that gave me a shock. Daddy said that the look I gave was classic and funny. This is just my trick to brighten up your day you know~ Woof~

Today, went to visit grandparents before they are leaving for a short holiday. Usual, I will always stare at the bag that Mummy always bring along with her, and Grandpa will ask if there's any treats for me. Woof~ And I will be given treats.... Simply love Grandpa... he always gives me treats although sometimes I need to perform some tricks to earn them. But nvm, as long as there's food. Keke....

We went to Marina Barrage but it was too dark to take any pictures, but I did enjoy myself with the walk and the cool air blowing... We sat down and enjoy the wind, while I look around at the same time, snuggled in between Daddy and Mummy. It felt really good.

As Daddy and Mummy got abit hungry, therefore going to meet Josie Jie Jie and Willie Kor Kor. So... I needs to be alone at home... Whinez~ I was given a piece of Venison bone and sasami Chicken, yummy~ I was eating and forgotten about being left alone, until my food's all gone... Whinez~ But I did stay at home as a good boy and waited for them to come back.

More treats for me?

Mummy took more pictures of me last night but her intentions werent to take me but the treats. Whinez~ But nvm... does that means I will have more treats? Woof delightfully~ Mummy finally made up her mind to take pictures of me everyday and update the blog but not sure if she's really going to do it anot. Hmph~

Mummy's thinking to help me get more biscuits and rawhide as Bubbles' Mummy going on a holiday. Woof~ So she tried to take pictures of them but ended up I'm always inside. I managed to steal some of the biscuits and she had to refill in order to take the picture. Cheeky me...

I wish Mummy and Daddy will bring me for a long walk today Woof~ But Mummy seems to be caught by Flu again. Get well soon and bring me out ok? Although you are still bringing me for routine walks. Woof~ I wanna go somewhere else too......

Bath and Treat Time~

Whinez~ It's been raining quite some time and I always had to miss my walks due to the wet floor and the seasonal period of ticks.

I hardly get any ticks for so long but seems like this area is not as clean, or maybe the effectiveness of my garlic powder has dropped. But lucky thing is that Daddy and Mummy manage to exterminate all of them. Woof~ They always said that the ticks don't seem to bother me at all as I don't scratch, lick or even shave. But... they do, just minimal effect on me. Woof~

But, Mummy finally bath me and it's a MONDAY evening. After her long day at work, came back and bring me for my routine walk... and back to have a bath.

It took Mummy about 1.5 hours from bath to dry to making me smell even better and keeping me away from ticks. So means... i get to get my walks if the floor's not as wet. Keke...

Oh~ Yesterday, Mummy brought me to visit my Uncle's sister's new place at Carribean, nice place. Gets to play on the playground for awhile. Woof~ It's been so long since I last played on one. Mummy took some pictures for me too. Mummy and her family went to Makan Sutra ard Esplanade for dinner, and I was hidden away somewhere but still able to stay close to mummy. Woof! I had my dinner there too, my pre packed dinner. Not something that's yummy like Mummy's. Whinez~ But better than nothing to eat. Mummy had her KOI too... to reward herself for her hardwork at work. And I benefit from that too... Yummy pearls.. but sadly I wasnt given alot. Only a few... but it's one of my favourite too. Always eyeing for it. Keke... Here are the pictures mummy took for me... Although it could be just any ordinary day for some other people, but it's something special today. Not something seriously fantastic, but it means something me. Mummy & Daddy brought me out to East Coast Park for my walk instead of just around the neighbourhood area. It has been quite some time (more than a month) since I last had a car ride to somewhere else for my walk or gathering. I still enjoy walking along East Coast Park, this time, it is along the MacDonald's area. Mummy had craving for fries again, I wish I could have some too, but I know I'm not allowed to eat it. Satisfied with my walk and headed back to the car~ Hmm.... Car Ride again! Yeah~ I was surprised by Daddy drove to the drive-thru, I stared hard at the counter, am I getting what I'm thinking? YES! Ice-cream for me... This time it isnt once in a blue moon, it's ONCE IN A PINK MOON, haha.. coz it's even more rare. Mummy said it's a compensation for my birthday as my tummy was giving me problems, so no ice cream for me. But it's alright, as long as I get to eat it. Woof~ Mummy and Daddy had 1 each too. Eating ice cream family~ Attack! Slurpz~ Yummy! Finished mine soon after~ *TARGET CHANGE* Mummy's~ When Mummy tried to clean my mouth after my ice cream, I tried my luck on hers. Woof~ Manage to get some but at least that's abit more for me. Mummy cleaned me up as usual, enjoyed my cold water, and time to chew on rawhide till I fall aslp~ Yawnz~

Bonnie and Clyde do everything together, from walking and wagging to bounding and burying.

But Clyde is always just one faltering step behind.

That's because he is blind - and his fellow border collie Bonnie acts as his guide dog.

She leads him to food or water, and lets him rest his head on her haunches when he feels a bit lost.

They are inseparable, and if Bonnie isn't nearby Clyde refuses to move a paw.

The pair were rescued as strays three weeks ago and are looking for a new home together.

Cherie Cootes, 40, at the Meadow Green Dog Rescue Centre in Loddon, Norfolk, said: 'Clyde relies on Bonnie the whole time. When she walks she tends to stop and make sure he's there - she does look out for him. They really are the most lovely pair of dogs.

'There's absolutely no option of homing them separately, they have to go as a pair.' Bonnie, two, and Clyde, five, were rescued after being abandoned on a street in the middle of a storm three weeks ago. No one has claimed them.

Miss Cootes said they would make ideal pets in a home with a large, secure garden away from busy roads.

Waveney District Council placed the dogs, who have no identifying collars or chips, with the rescue centre but no owners have come forward to claim them.

Ms Cootes described the dogs as 'typical high-spirited collies' and said they would make ideal pets in a home with a large, secure garden away from busy roads.

'Clyde's going to have to have a more rural type of home purely because of traffic. It would be fantastic if someone had a large garden so he can have his exercise.'

Sue Cootes, 59, who runs the rescue centre with her daughter Cherie, said it was incredible to see how Bonnie took care of Clyde.

'She's a little darling and he just follows her everywhere,' she said.

'It's just instinctive with them to help each other and it's marvellous to see animals doing this together.

'We get them outside and on walks as much as possible because Clyde may be blind but Bonnie certainly isn't. We have large paddocks and they potter around together out there.'

The Cootes family took over the rescue centre five years ago and now look after 45 abandoned dogs.

Vicky Bell, a spokeswoman for Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, said she had never heard of a dog voluntarily acting as a guide dog for another dog.

'This is a very unusual case - it's such a lovely story,' she said.

'Some dogs take to guiding better than others because they naturally have the right temperament.

'It very much depends on the individual dog.'

Mummy & Daddy brought Keasha and me to this event and it was so hot that I cant concentrate but only to look out for places to hide from the scorching sun. I got quite a no. of scolding coz I was too hot to even hear what Mummy says.

I was running around looking for shaded and not hot places... It wasnt until later in the evening then it cools down abit. Daddy and Mummy brought us to ECP later for dinner, Frosty and his daddy joined us too. Had our walk and that's about all for my suntanning day~ *Whinez*

Mummy finally compile my recent pictures for me to put them up. Woof~ Mummy's been busy and tired but Daddy & Mummy had been bringing me out for my routine walks and sometimes will get to meet some neighbours. I would really love to meet (check them out) Max the red/white husky who is big in size and nice in coat but.... not Jumbo coz he's seriously hyper... No offence.. but I kinda dislike Goldies. But no worries, I just like to disturb them. Woof~ Woof~

Husky is still my favourite. But any other dogs except Goldies are fine. Daddy & Mummy brought me to the street soccer court for a short dog run on Friday (24th July 2009) despite Mummy being so tired after work, and Pedro the Goldie joined us too. Coz Uncle James helped to buy my food - Orijen 6 Fish. Yeah~ Food~ Pedro's Uncle James and Auntie Sarah's little big baby. Pedro loves huggy. He'll paw up and hug Daddy and Mummy while I walked around the whole court and pee... Keke... Sometimes, I will disturb Pedro and haha... he's all afraid of me. Keke.... Soon after, we left for Carl's Jr. at ECP to catch up with Auntie Josie and Uncle Willie. Hasnt met them for ages. I'm gonna bug Mummy to get me a big nice cake for my coming birthday. Woopz!! Excuse me~

It's too dusty you see. My mummy has not been updating my blog and hers for quite awhile as she has started working and been really busy. I hardly had time with her, she came back, wash up and sleep after walking me or something. Mummy, I miss you, do you know?

After her 3 weeks of busy-ness... finally she has time for me. She organized a gathering at SMU's Paw Day on 21st March 2009. Most of them are puppies or young adults, the new and young generation.

We were almost the centre of attraction when Mummy gathered all the spitz together to have a group photo. Lotsa cameras snapping at us!!! We were all doing our things wondering what is happening, why mummy n daddy is standing so far away from me? *Watch out for Daddy & Mummy*

Mummy said she needs to sleep already. Will update soon with the pictures and other details of my life~ Thank you Mummy & Daddy for making effort to spend time with me and bringing me out to meet friends~ I Woof You~!

~Daddy & Mummy's Back Finally~

Woof~

Finally.. after 10 long months, Daddy & Mummy's back for good. But somehow I still have the uneasy feeling which I don't know why. Probably I'm still feeling that they might leave me with grandparents again. I've this fear for this to happen again as Daddy & Mummy came and pick me up that time, we had fun for 2 weeks but later I was back at grandparents' place for another long 5-6 months or so.

Mummy's been telling me that she's not going to leave me alone again. That they're back for good... staying together with me again, just like last time. They took quite a no. of pictures of me, and will compile it soon to be put up.

Mummy bathed me today as tomorrow JSCSG is having the first gathering after the website was up. There will be quite a no. of dogs attending which I heard fr Mummy. Very tired after the bath. Mummy's very sad as my fur on my back was burnt and cant be bleached. And my paws... due to long term of licking, they've become very red, even after bleaching, it's still as red. But Mummy bought a product which can remove saliva stain. Mummy's trying her best to tune me back to my looks before they left for Aussie. I promise I will stop licking ok? *Pitiful Eyes Attack* Woof~~ Mummy smiled and kissed me. Today, Mummy brought Yoyo over to play. I'm so delighted to see her again. She's grown so much with a much thicker coat. What a pretty girl!

Today Georgi's Ma shared this information with my Mummy and as usual, Mummy was so touched watching the video and started crying again. And would like to share this story of Hachiko the Loyal Dog. Mummy would like to thank Serene for sharing. Definitely going to catch it once it's out.

Hachikō the Loyal Dog

10th November 1923 - 8th March 1935 Akita Inu born in the city of Odate, Akita Prefecture remembered for his loyalty to his master.

In 1924, Hachikō was brought to Tokyo by his owner, Hidesamurō Ueno, a professor in the agriculture department at the University of Tokyo. During his owner's life, Hachikō saw him off from the front door and greeted him at the end of the day at the nearby Shibuya Station. The pair continued their daily routine until May 1925, when Professor Ueno didn't return on the usual train one evening. The professor had suffered a stroke at the university that day. He died and never returned to the train station where his friend was waiting.

Hachikō was given away after his master's death, but he routinely escaped, showing up again and again at his old home. After time, Hachikō apparently realized that Professor Ueno no longer lived at the house. So he went to look for his master at the train station where he had accompanied him so many times before. Each day, Hachikō waited for Professor Ueno to return. And each day he didn't see his friend among the commuters at the station.

The permanent fixture at the train station that was Hachikō attracted the attention of other commuters. Many of the people who frequented the Shibuya train station had seen Hachikō and Professor Ueno together each day. Realizing that Hachikō waited in vigil for his dead master, their hearts were touched. They brought Hachikō treats and food to nourish him during his wait.

This continued for 10 years, with Hachikō appearing only in the evening time, precisely when the train was due at the station.

In April 1934, a bronze statue in his likeness was erected at Shibuya Station, and Hachikō himself was present at its unveiling. The statue was recycled for the war effort during World War II. After the war, Hachikō was not forgotten. In 1948 The Society for Recreating the Hachikō Statue commissioned Takeshi Ando, son of the original artist who had since died, to make a second statue. The new statue, which was erected in August 1948, still stands and is an extremely popular meeting spot. The station entrance near this statue is named "Hachikō-guchi", meaning "The Hachikō Exit", and is one of Shibuya Station's five exits.

The Japan Times played a practical joke on readers by reporting that the bronze statue was stolen a little before 2AM on April 1, 2007, by "suspected metal thieves". The false story told a very detailed account of an elaborate theft by men wearing khaki workers' uniforms who secured the area with orange safety cones and obscured the theft with blue vinyl tarps. The "crime" was allegedly recorded on security cameras.

A similar statue stands in Hachikō's hometown, in front of Odate Station. In 2004, a new statue of Hachikō was erected on the original stone pedestal from Shibuya in front of the Akita Dog Museum in Odate.

Hachikō died on 8th March 1935 of, of filariasis (heartworm). His stuffed and mounted remains are kept at the National Science Museum of Japan in Ueno, Tokyo.

They're remaking the movie renamed as Hachiko: The Dogs' Story starring Richard Gere, Joan Allen and Sarah Roemer. It is currently in post-production.

Wondering if I'm being forgotten already. Actually NO! Grandparents been webcamming with Mummy, I get to hear her talk but I don't seem to see her. Whinez... Is she at the door? Why aren't you guys opening the door for her? Where is she?

Heard that Mummy will be coming back for good soon. Prob end of Dec bah but that all depends on the results. Whinez... Hope everything will be fine and they will be back soon. *Woof (Pray) hard*
Mummy's been seeing me on webcam as usual. Therefore sometimes she will take some pictures. I know I look really poor thing there, inside the restricted zone. Actually it's totally of no choice. Coz of the area has a high chance of having ticks, not in the house I mean as everything's been cleared since months ago. It's the corridor area or mayb downstairs. Therefore I'm restricted to the back area and will be allowed to be out on and off when someone's around. When grandparents' on the webcam with Mummy, I'll be let in the room and on the BED!!! Yeah~ Sometimes I take this chance to slp comfortably while they chat, but they keep moving me here n there so that Mummy can see me. Woof~

Mummy~ Come back soon ok? I miss you badly. (Mummy miss you too, wish that I can go back real soon. 2 more months...)

Mummy took a video of Keasha humping and was laughing away coz she was so funny and enthu about it. Mummy guessed it's the peak of her heat bah, coz it's abt to end. She was hyper in humping for only that 3 days especially when we're abt to slp, she will start look for our hands to hump. We were amused by it at first but got to stop that habit, so after the video, we nv allow her to hump again. But ever since the heat was over, she nv initiates to hump again. So prob it was the heat was the reason behind those humpy dumdy... Woof~

Looking for loving parents for my baby.

He has taken all his jabs.

Fur in good condition and is pure white.

Dirt comes off his fur pretty easily once they dry.

It's a breeze to shower him as well with cold water once a week. He enjoys it... Does not need to shower that often actually for spitz. Once a fortnight is fine as well unless he's really dirty.

Eyes are big and round. Does not tear much. We ususally just wash his face every morning with a towel.

Fur doesn't tangle easily but looks best if you comb once a day.

Very active and playful boy he is. Enjoys his daily walks.

Will definitely not feel lonely with him around.

Has to give him up for personal reasons though I''m very unwilling to...

Will come with his food, treats, his fav toys, tray and food and drinking bowl, shampoo, flea drops etc.

~Irresponsible Dog Owner~

This blog entry was shown to my Mummy by Mashiro's Mummy (PS) last night and she got kinda agitated by some dog owners who are simply irresponsible.

It's an incident of a GSD who are unleashed and bit another dog who is walking in the park.

Actually the same thing would have happened to me if Daddy hadn't protected me from that GSD (German Shepherd Dog). This happened quite some time ago.....

I was having my regular walk in the evening, while walking back, I was like in between my parents, Daddy's in front and Mummy's behind, it was then Mummy looked behind her and saw this GSD was out on the road running and NO LEASH, nobody's around. It was then Mummy quickly informed (almost shouting) Daddy that the GSD is coming towards us, quickly to carry me up. Soon she saw the maid behind chasing after the GSD and he ran past us but saw ME... therefore he U-turned dashed towards us, (why is the maid SO SLOW N FAR AWAY!!!!) Mummy & Daddy didnt manage to get the gate opened, and ended up, the GSD start pounding on my Daddy (coz Daddy's carrying me) and snapped a few times. In order to protect me, he got snapped ard the elbow area by the GSD. Everything happened so fast, Mummy's not sure to kick the dog anot as she know it's someone's prevcious too. Surprisingly, both the maid and the owner is here, and the owner is standing at least a meter away looking, the maid tried to leash up the GSD n pull him away.

Owner kept asking if Daddy's ok, and apolgize (which felt like the sake of it). Luckily no puncture but looked as though the elbow's being skinned. Daddy went to the hospital for a jab after that. I don't know what will happen to me if I were still on the floor. The owner didnt even bother to offer any compensation or even to ask how was my Daddy. What a irresponsible owner!!!

Mummy said.....

They don't wish to report them as they're for sure the dog will be put to sleep as that wasn't the first case already. There was one of the late night the GSD ran out of the house too, but luckily no casualties. One of our neighbours who kept a JRT got attacked by that GSD before. Dragged the maid on the road just to chase after a cat. How untrained this GSD is.

If they're unsure about the breed and unable to control it... PLS DO NOT KEEP A GSD or similar category OR EVEN UNLEASH. It's dangerous for other people. GSD can be really helpful being a guard dog, but it's dangerous to keep one which is not well-trained. There are too many irresponsible owners which spoils the reputation of the dogs. That's next Tuesday which is 9th September. Mummy simply love no. 9 ever since. As you can see her mobile no. has quite a few 9s, even now her apartment address end up consist of 9 too. Unit 2106 (2+1+0+6 = 9) / 108 (1+0+8 = 9) A*****t Street. As you can see.. u add up the numbers it becomes 9. They had some trouble looking for apartment until this came along, which was not released as it was in the cleaning process but available. So... it's ME~! Who "reserved" the apartment for them. Woof~ juz joking, I guess it's all coincidence. But it's 9/9 leh. Haha... My birthday's easy to remember as I'm a doggy (9) in Hokkien and birthday falls on 9/9. Woof~ I'm so surrounded by the no. 9. So you guys must remember ok?

My 4th woofday was a little more special then usual as I was celebrating with my sister - Mashiro. It was so coincidence as Mummy changed my name to Shiro (although she REALLY seldom use it). This cannot be used on a weekly basis. Recommended to be at least a month gap in between each use. As somehow it still does "bleach" the coat, therefore it's quite drying. Mummy didnt know but juz wanna me to stay white, she used it on me almost on a weekly basis, and my coat was really dry and I was turning purplish due to the colouring of the shampoo. But after that, it was used every 1 - 3 months during my bath. It keeps me white and not drying for my coat.

This is a good product which maintains my coat, and it smells good. It works just like human's hair serum. It can be applied on weekly basis or even daily, but it's not recommended for fluffy one as it will flatten due to the oil. Normally it's being used on me when after bath, just about to go out for events. It also can enhance the growth of fur which you would like to have. Such as my shaved down to skin's wound, as now it's fully healed, and it's bald, therefore Mummy instructed Grandma to apply on me (whole body) and my coat's really growing fast. Woof~ I'm be all fluff up again when you're back. Keke.... One bottle - 8 oz can last really long if used on weekly basis for a dog. My Mummy's first bottle even lasted for 3 years plus. LOL....

Have you been wondering what is rawhide? What are the ingredients? My Mummy found this website while searching for the information about rawhide and would like to share it.

What is Rawhide?

Rawhide is the inner layer of the hide of any cleft-hoofed bovine livestock. Beef-Hide is premium rawhide made from cows raised for consumption. American Beef-Hide is derived from corn-fed cows within U.S. borders.

What is Rawhide made from?

The animal's skin is split into inner and outer layers. The tough outer layer is used for leather shoes, garments, and upholstery, while the softer inner layer is cut and formed into different shapes for dog chews.

What makes Rawhide so tough?

Collagen fibers link to make the animal's hide tough yet flexible. Human skin has the same basic structure but is much thinner.

Where does Rawhide come from?

The quality of rawhide is often related to its country of origin:

American Beef-hide: Corn-fed beef raised in the U.S. supply a thick, palatable and high quality chew. American beef-hide is considered "The Source" of choice for premium chews

Oriental Water-Buffalo: Raised to work in the fields of countries like China, Korea and Thailand, they are a common source of imported rawhide.

South American Range Cows: These animals are fed on grass and typically have little fat and a rough, fibrous consistency. They are warm weather animals with a thinner skin.

How is Rawhide processed?

Will my dog chew such a hard rawhide?

When collagen in the skin dries out, it becomes stiff. As your dog chews, the saliva moistens and softens the rawhide. Smooth shiny areas on a chew are a sign of heat breakdown indicating an extremely hard area that the dog may not be able to soften.

How can chews help my dog?

Natural tendencies of wild canines and their predecessors was to sink their teeth into their prey and pull away on the hides stripping the skin and meat. How often should I feed chews?

High in protein, low in fat, especially compared to pig ears and other pork skin products, and fewer calories per ounce than a typical dog biscuit. One or two hours of daily chewing is sufficient.

Which size and shape should I chose?

Fortunately, chews come in every size and shape imaginable. It is important that the chew be large enough and thick enough that your dog cannot easily chew off and swallow a large piece or the whole chew. Rawhide that requires more than 7 days to chew should be replaced due to dirt and bacteria buildup.

Which dogs should not have chews?

Mummy's been buying me rawhide for me to enjoy. They always come in different shapes. The one I love are the braided ball, shoe, mini bone. Now I can eat all 3 (1 design each) in a day, probably I'm too bored. Mummy used to give me 3 a day but only 1 or 2 was touched. Mummy's being away for almost a month already. And tml (15th August 2008) is the day that I'm going to get shaved. Mummy said again she doesn't have the chance to see me in Real life for being "naked". Doubt she can bear to see me go "naked" too as she simply loves the fluffy me.

She took quite a few pictures of me using the webcam (therefore the quality is not that good) before I get shaved down again.

Yes! It's the day I'm going to get shaved down. Mummy's kinda excited about it. Grandma was instructed to inform the groomer to leave my tail alone but yet the groomer ignored the instruction and shaved part of my tail's fur away. That made Mummy really angry. What reason did the groomer give? Pattern mah!!!! Mummy's like WAT PATTERN!!! So ugly!!! Now the tail's fur is going to be unbalance. Mummy's really angry about it. But no choice, not done oso done already. She's wondering to shave it all since it's already partly gone. And Mummy said that tail's fur going to take even longer to get it all fluff up. Sob... And the ding dong groomer trimmed those fur on the tail and it look like a BROOM NOW!!!!! Don't know dun anyhow touch mah. Make my mummy so angry!!!! Haiz....

After the shave, I feel kinda cold without all the protection fur of mine, therefore I looked for something which I can lay on. That's the floor mat, which can keeps me abit warmer. *Shivers* Therefore, I appeared "hiding" from the camera which actually I'm laying on the floormat to keep me on. Woof~

Mummy's been viewing me and I was caught doing the notti acts a few times (licking prohibited places) but she's unable to shout at me or even scold me.. so lalalalala.... Got chance why not! Woof! But she's still very upset about my tail especially when the time she looked at me. Mummy... I'm healthy and good so don't worry. Tail's fur you can always groom back for me. I know it will take time, but no worries ok? I'm getting on well, and you can see my layers of flabby meat.... soon to be filled in. I know I look the lousy quality of Shar Pei... Lol.... Coz Shar Pei the more layers the better it is. But I only have a few layers lah. Woof~

Mummy caught me slping on the bed she bought me, seeing me coil up... cold mah without my furry coat. Woof~ It was too hot to slp on it when I had my coat on, but now I can get all cosy on it when I'm "naked".

Seriously I don't understand why is everyone giving the excuse to give up the dog for being pregnant. If you've intention to get pregnant, DON'T GET A DOG!!!!! Why cant people treat dogs like their baby, their kid? They don't talk, they're are of different species doesn't mean that they don't have feeling and can be given away as and when you like. Why not you try giving your baby away!!!! Why get a dog if you cant commit to them for their life time. Not even your life time. See how badly the dogs are being maintained. They're just like a baby. Mummy's been into Japanese Spitz for quite a long time. And finally there's a chance for her to see Japanese Spitz in show as there's NO ONE showing JS in Singapore. But there's plenty of enquiry from Singapore to Australia asking for a Show dog. That's weird har.

Mummy's been wanting her very own Female Show Quality Spitz. She already thought of the name for her - Winter. I'm Snow aka Shiro, she's Winterine aka Winter. Keke... She really cant wait already and really wanted one. Haiz... She'll search in Australia and find a deal.

She met quite about 4 breeders in Queensland Royal Show, they're showing quite a no. of dogs but it's really hard to see as they do look alike and Mummy's overwhelmed to remember all of them. But what they look like in the cabin waiting and what they look like while they strut in the show ring is totally different. They look extremely gorgeous. And you can you see the difference in the quality. She took quite a no. of pictures and lotsa videos of the show. Though there are not alot alot of JS compare to Cocker Spaniel which took more than an hour for the judge. Mummy & Daddy waited for about 2 hours before the JS's turn. Coz they were told around 3pm should be the JS's turn, and since Daddy's tired, so they got food and drinks n went to get a seat at 2pm. After a long wait, finally it's the JS's turn. Please enjoy the outcome.

There's one by the name - Daesdaemar The Legacy (Patrick), he's 11kg. Slightly bigger than me in bone. He's quite a big bone. And Mummy & Daddy said that he looked really like me, even in character. That makes them really me alot. But that's only when he's off the show ring, when he's in the show ring, he's really serious which I cant be compare with.

Oh yeah! Forget to mention about something! My Mummy don't want me anymore. Juz joking~ She's enjoying herself with a Chihuahua (little girl of Daddy's Sister). Mummy's fostering her for a short period of time until her mummy is free. Here's a short video of her. She's call Narkeasha aka Keasha. Very manja and feminine but very choosy when it comes to food. Different from me as I'm such a greedy pig, whatever is edible for me, I'll eat it. That's provided Mummy allows. I wish to meet her in person. Although I dun play with small dogs as they're really fragile but no harm making another fren.

Mummy's been watching me through the webcam. And grandparents did webcam with her, seeing her on the big tv, her calling me (and me looking out to the door, wondering if it's her.) She was laughing at my actions as she called me, I tilted my head, wondering where she is. Guess I don't know where she is actually. I wish she's back with me already.

Grandma called her, telling her I'm having diarrhoea and was given solution. And I'm given one of my favourite food - Boiled Pumpkin. But grandma steamed it. Still as yummy. And after that, Mummy's unable to log in into the webcam and she's unable to see me. Sob... Hope she will see me soon.

Had my pro heart jab and got my nasty bump fixed. My fur around the nasty bump was shaved off and become a naked wound. I'm prescribed with some medication - antibiotics, inflammtory, fever/pain/itchiness.

I'm all along alright with medication, so Mummy had no problem with me eating them. I'm such a gd boy right? Keke...

Grandma's instructed to get me shaved down once my wound is healed and regrow my fur. *Whinez* I'm going to be NAKED again. But luckily, during the period when i'm naked, I'm always at home. *Smilez* Mummy's again no chance to see me naked. Coz she juz got my jabbed so I cant take bath anytime soon so means no GROOMING. Keke... How I wish Mummy can groom me again. Since Mummy brought me home, I'm always groomed by her and her only, no one else. Until when she needs to head overseas, no choice so she let me to go for my virgin grooming session nearby. And 2nd time, was brought by grandma due to my ticks and 3rd - Vivo City. And GOING TO HAVE THE 4th TIME. *Fainted*

Mummy took quite a lot of pictures of me since she’ll be leaving for Australia soon. Mummy wont be bringing me back to Grandparents’ place until the day she’s flying as she really cant bear to leave me and don’t wish to. She was telling me a lot of things in the car on the way to grandparents’ place. I really don’t wish to listen but I’ve got no choice but to be a good boy and wait for her and Daddy to come back.

I’m already missing her. She can see me through the webcam but I cant. Hopefully grandparents webcam with her, so I can see her too.

Finally it’s the gathering again. Mummy’s late again as usual as this time she cant find the place and had errands to run in the afternoon, get back home to bring me out. Haiz… Mummy enjoyed seeing so many spitz around and catch up with them. She’s really into that female spitz – Frosty Jr. She’s really cute though. Keke… When am I getting a company? *Hint*

After the event, Mummy brought me to see my Sis – Mashiro. Now she’s as big as me already, but mummy said she looks slightly bigger than me compare to last time, I’m much bigger than her due to my coat I think. She’s really a big female. LOL…. Didn’t manage to take picture with her as she cant stop moving around.

Mummy & Daddy's been with me unless they need to go out and cant bring me along. They've been bringing me out quite often at night too as they're busy in the day. They try to bring me out whenever they can. I visited Grandparents too and met my cousins. Woof~ They had fun, and I'm really bored but I do get entertained on and off. Keke...

Mummy brought me over to their friends' place, as they chilled out, I had company - Forte the Shetland. He can be quite possessive but I'm alright with it. He got fed up with me being given a rawhide, and he watched me on and off, somehow it's his place afterall. I got treated with a supplement - Dematrix, which is meant for good skin. But Mummy didnt get that for me as she's not around to monitor my process if I were to eat it. She's afraid if I cant take it or after a few dosage, I got allergy or wat. So she's going to get me only when she's back. *Whinez* It's really yummy you know.

I've got a nasty bite by dunno what. Mummy guessed that I must have got bitten during the walk ard the estate the other night. It's all swollen almost as big as a 20 cents coin and it's PURPLE in colour. It's really painful. Mummy tried her best to fix it, squeezed out the puls and I endure the pain. She cleaned it every now and then to keep it dry and prevented me from licking it. Cant help, natural instinct. Mummy suspect that I must have got bitten during the night walk at Mummy's fren's place. Coz anytime before that, I didnt have any as Mummy checked me every time she bring me out. She's going to bring me to see a doctor soon and get my Pro Heart jab too. Hopefully everything's going to be fine soon.

Muumy & Daddy's going to leave soon. Really cant bear to let them go. *Whinez*

Today, Mummy brought me out, I was really happy until they left me alone with the groomer. Sob... I know I had my bath last night, but paternal Grandparents want me to go through a Professional Grooming to play safe. I was sent to Vivo City's grooming centre at Pet Lovers. I'm really scared, I was placed inside the "cage" And Daddy Mummy's outside. I panicked and I barked and barked, scratched the glass window, hoping that I can escape. But sadly I cant. Mummy & Daddy left. I'm ALL ALONE. I"M SCARED!!!! Mummy said that her heart aches when she was me doing that. As it's not my turn yet, therefore I've to wait. This is my 3rd time to a groomer but first time there.

I was left there all alone. Mummy came back to check me out but didnt get to see me and dunno where did I go. So they left and walked ard Vivo City. When I'm already done, I was left back into the cage. But soon after, they're back to pick me up finally. I'm delighted to see them. And they say I really smell nice. And Mummy said they might be using All Systems products as I smell like one. Woof~

Headed home, after that and I'm really tired. Snorez~

Finally seeing my Daddy & Mummy after 5 long months…

Finally they're back. I was unsure at first. Wondering if I'm dreaming or wat. But after smelling mummy's hand. I know I'm not dreaming. They're really back. As you can see how happy and crazy I became. But soon after the crazy scene, they left me alone at home. Sob... No choice, they're going for dinner. Mummy said she'll come back once they're done. *Whinez*

They're back after dinner, Mummy sayang me, hugged me and kisses me. I miss you alot too. Finally my mummy bath me again, if not it will be Grandma who bathes for me. Keke... I'm brought back home and back on the cosy bed. I was uncertain as I'm not allowed on the bed at Grandparents' place. But Mummy signalled to me that I'm allowed on the bed back at home. *Happy & Snugglez* I'm really happy to be back at home with Daddy & Mummy. Soon I'm back to my usual self. Haha... The "bo chup" me is back in action. Mummy's been telling me that they'll be back for awhile only. So must really treasure the time we're together. Sob... Dun like to hear that at all.

Mummy trained me to pee in the toilet as I'm not allowed to go out to do my biz as my routine already due to the ticks incident. Wanna know how she asked me to pee in the toilet? Mummy lifted my hind leg and said... Pee Here! OK? Good Boy ah! Haha.... Doesn't it look dumb? But somehow I understand and did as command. I wanna be a gd boy you know. If not Mummy dun wan me how? *Sob* Hope I do get to go out often. I miss going out alot.

As you can see, Mummy's organized another JS Gathering. I'm really looking forward to it.

Wooof…. Mummy’s promised me to be updating abt me as much as she can coz she’s not with me therefore there’s not much of new information about me other then seeing me thru the webcam.

Ok… but today (14th June 2008).. I did something real bad. I know I play rough, but I cant help it. During play with my cousin (my mummy’s sister’s youngest daughter – Ariel), I was too rough and I accidentally injured her hand. There’s blood. Of coz.. they all got very anxious about it and brought her to see doctor as she’s crying real hard. I got my scolding of coz. But I’m really sorry and didn’t mean it. I’m just being too rough as I got all excited. You must understand, I haven get to go out for months and cope at home with not much play time. So when there’s chance, I really play hard. But I’m really sorry. I believe my mummy will lecture me when she’s back. And I heard she’s going to be back REAL SOON. Hopefully she’ll come see me asap. I miss her really badly. Mummy’s always wondering how I would react to her arrival. I’ll leave that for your imagination. Woof….

I’m getting smarter each day coz I’m really bored. I nipped the wire that holds that pen from me getting out, and I manage to get out. They change the way to keep me in, but I JUMPED out n enjoy the living room. WooOoOf….

Woof~ Mummy's been watching me thru the webcam she specially bought back in Singapore in order to see me. But sometimes she cant see me as I've been hiding at certain blind spots. Haha... But I guess Mummy & Daddy will be delighted to see me even thru the cam now as they are so far away.

I just wanna let them know that I miss them too and I'm getting really well. Mummy's intend to organize another Spitz gathering when she's back in SG for break. Date has not been set yet as she have yet confirmed the date she'll be back. But I'm already all excited.

Mummy took some pictures of me thru the webcam although not very clear but she's still happy to do so. And she mentioned to me that she will take lotsa pics of me when she's back as it's not very often that i will have that puppy look even when i'm already turning 5 in September. Woof~

Mummy... I really wish that you and Daddy wont be leaving me alone again. I really miss you. I wan the TLC from you again. Days that you let me play Treasure Hunt, scolding me for being notti but still love me as much.

Mummy watched this video from Georgi Ma's blog and got really emotion through out the whole video. She was crying and sobing throught out. OMG~~ Mummy really missed me alot and really worried the day that I'm going to leave her too. Find her silly to worry so much now as I'll still here waiting for her to come back.

It’s been almost 4 months since they left me in Singapore. I really MISS Mummy & Daddy a lot a lot.

I MISS THOSE DAYS…..:
Getting cuddle and get kissed by my Mummy
Mummy making Daddy to just bring me out coz I simply love them
@ home waiting while they’re all at work & having them by my side in the early evening
Sleeping with Daddy & Mummy, not worrying about nightmares as they’re always there just for me.

I know it’s hard for Mummy not to have me around. She mentioned to Grandma that she almost wanted to get another dog for free (Toy Pomeranian) but didn’t get eventually as it’s really unfair for the puppy as she’s not ME and it’ll be troublesome when they come back for good and we’ll be together just like before again. Life without me is killing Mummy slowly as she misses me a lot too. She understands that it’s unfair to me to be left alone with someone who hasn’t taken care of me before. But I hope she understands that I’m happy now with my new family, they treat me really well and I’m happy to welcome them home too. Somehow my new family is Mummy’s family mah.

There’s a horrible thing happened to me while they’re not around. That’s TICKS INFESTION. I was infested with a few female ticks and got the whole kingdom of it on me. I felt really uncomfortable but unable to speak up until the ticks started flying all ard the place and I was sent to get treated. The whole house was infested and Grandma got bitten too. Really sry… But I cant help. I got shaved down and it’s really cooling. Mummy laughed looking at me being botak the first ever time in my life. She said I looked like back to my puppy days. Become an old puppy. Haha… She’s alright with my looks but of coz she prefers me to stay all puffed up if she has a choice. For my goodwill, she agreed to shave me down and get the ticks all KILLED. Most probably it’s the area of Grandma’s is infested with ticks too as there’s not much dogs though.

Haiz.. After all the trouble cleaning up the place, finally 99% of the ticks are gone, I no longer have ticks on me but I’ve got to stay in the room behind in order to be free from the ticks.

Mummy’s been checking me out thru the webcam she set up just to see me while she’s in Australia and will take screenshots of me too. Please come back soon. I miss you badly.

I now can roam around the back area and learnt to do my biz at home in the toilet. I learnt that in just 2 days. Arent I smart? Woof~ But i wont let Grandma & Grandpa see me doing it coz... SHY!!!

Oh yeah! Mummy took this video when she visited Daddy's Sister's fren's hse. Woof~ Keasha is a Chihuahua (wanna meet her, do I've a chance?) and Fizzy is a Silky X and they're really having fun. I wish I can too.

Lazing ard in the afternoon while Mummy’s resting and will be bringing me out tonight.

Today is Racq Jiejie’s Birthday and Mummy brought me over to visit Cheyenne, My love, Kayenne & Benji. Loofy the Corgi was there too. Mummy’s sick but still attended the BBQ.

Mummy made me to be the Snow Dogs’, just like them lying the chair and MOON tan instead of Suntan. Woof~ Feeling so uncomfortable.

I prefer this position.

Oh! Here comes my Cheyenne…..

Erm.. Wait for me! I need to wait for the “Go” Command. Loofy fell into the mini pool accidentally after while….

Ok! Got my command and here I come. I walked along the pool and wonder how to go over to the opposite. I sniffed the pool and sure that I can go over through here. That’s when Mummy said Ah! No! Seeing her walk further down and I followed abit before I headed back to the pool and DIVED IN!!!! I swam to the opposite and had no idea how to get up, I clamp onto the edge and hoping Mummy will come quick to pull me up. Mummy had a shock as she said I dive right into the middle with my head down and the next few seconds I started swimming towards the opposite and she’s thinking that why didn’t I think before I jumped as if there’s nobody ard, who will be saving me up. Who cares… as long as I get my shortcut to my Cheyenne. Mummy got me up and I wet the floor with the water all over me and I finally see my Cheyenne. But who knows, the short cut end up a long cut as I was brought up to get myself rinsed and dried. *Whinez* Den after I’m done, back to Cheyenne. And I really missed her a lot. Had some fun downstairs before we headed up to the house and cont. our fun. But more like my fun, as I’m always stuck to Cheyenne and Mummy said she’s always irritated by me. But I’LL NV GIVE UP!!! I’m sure I’ll win her heart over. Woof~

Today Daddy & Mummy brought me out to Seletar Reservoir to meet up with Bear bear and his parents – Andy & Joanne. Keke… Enjoy the outing. And must really help to discipline Bear again. LOL… You know, he’s the first ever dog that I wanna discipline leh. He must be honoured man but then HE”S NOT. Still as notti as ever but nvm… both his parents still love him as much.

We walked ard and our parents had McDonald’s as supper. Sob… we’ve nuttin. But lucky, Mummy always bring treats along with her. So we’ve something to eat too.

Lately has been raining in the night, and I’ve got to pass my night cooling walk. *Sniff* But they’ve been trying to bring me out whenever they can. They bought this new camera and there’s mic, therefore if I’m making any noise, YOU CAN HEAR. Kaka… Coz people watching my videos asked Mummy that how come there’s no sound. Keke.. Now.. my videos are with sound already wor. But I’m a quiet boy therefore videos of me being noisy is kinda hard.
